Shelf Life 2025 Reading Challenge

The first 25 people to finish will receive a free commemorative bookmark! All readers who finish will be entered to win a $25 store credit, a new book of choice up to a $25 value, and a bag of merch!
How to enter: Fill out the form on your device, or stop in for a printed sheet. Send in your completed form via email at Danielle@ShelfLifeBookstore.com- please make sure you get confirmation, otherwise it may not have been received- or drop off at the store during normal business hours. One entry per reader, per list. You may do the challenge more than once, and will receive one entry per completed list. No duplicate titles between lists. Finish and submit by 12/31/25. Winner will be drawn 1/1/26.
Rules:
All books must be new to you and read between January and December of 2025 from start to finish. Books started prior to January 2025 and finished during the year, do not qualify. The only exception is one unfinished book (with more than half left to read) that you began prior to 2024. Note which book.
A book can only be used for one category. 15 different books (plus a bonus book if read) must be listed.
Thirteen of these books must be adult reading level. Two can be YA (except where noted). One can be a non-series graphic novel. Note which books.
All books should be full length, no short stories or novellas - except #13
If no genre is specified, any genre for the category may be read.
Commemorative bookmark:
The first 25 challenge finishers receive a free handmade commemorative bookmark. Additional bookmarks are available for $8 each.
Raffle: One entry per reader, per list. You may do the challenge more than once, and will receive one entry per completed list. No duplicate titles between lists. Submit no later than 12/31/25. Winner will be drawn 1/1/26. Fill in the blanks with author/titles and return to Shelf Life no later than 12/31/25. Must come to store to pick up commemorative bookmark and prize no later than 1/31/26.
